During the winter, the STAN team conducted mapping in 6 communities of Ivano-Frankivsk region. Against the background of the latest political change, local actors of the civic sector resume their activities after almost a quarantine year. Together with them under our research, we want to find the missing puzzle pieces: to understand the new and unmet needs of vulnerable groups to plan future activities to support diversity in the region. The research results (mapping) are a set of recommendations for the aid of local initiatives that support diversity in the region. The recommendations are based on the needs of local initiatives and vulnerable groups. The research team has conducted more than 40 in-depth interviews with local change agents in 6 communities in the Ivano-Frankivsk region to make recommendations. Change communities from Verkhovyna united territorial community, Dolyna, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kalush, Kolomyia, and Lysetsk took part in the mapping.
We are happy to share our research report to get acquainted with the results of the community mapping. DIVERSITY OF INITIATIVES OF THE PRYKARPATTIA
