The “Young Diversity Ambassadors” report summarizes the qualitative changes experienced by participants and their communities. It brings together the findings of the analysis, personal stories from ambassadors, and concrete examples of the program’s impact across Ukraine.
This report reflects a year of rapid response and transformation. In 2022, STAN focused on humanitarian support, the creation of safe spaces, and adapting its work to meet the urgent needs of people affected by the war.
This analytical report supports local governments, educational institutions, civil society organizations, and youth initiatives in developing educational programmes to strengthen entrepreneurial skills among young people in small towns.
The Youth Human Rights Resource Center in Ivano-Frankivsk was established by the NGO “STAN” with the financial support of IM Swedish Development Partner within the institutional support project “Youth Outpost of Human Rights and Solidarity.”
Throughout the year, we focused on developing internal processes and the team, introducing new approaches to our work, and strengthening key areas such as human rights, gender equality, and intercultural dialogue.
This report shares the first two months of the center’s work — how it was set up, how internal processes were built, and how we created a shared, functional space for more than 10 people to work together.
