STAN Youth Organization Annual Report 2021

Throughout the year, we focused on developing internal processes and the team, introducing new approaches to our work, and strengthening key areas such as human rights, gender equality, and intercultural dialogue.

2021 was a year of strengthening organizational capacity and developing the expertise of the STAN team. We continued to grow as a space working with human rights and solidarity in the region, while building the organization as an independent actor.

Throughout the year, we focused on developing internal processes and the team, introducing new approaches to our work, and strengthening key areas such as human rights, gender equality, and intercultural dialogue. We also opened a space where educational events, meetings, and collaborations with partners began to take place.

This report brings together the year as a whole — from internal changes within the organization to our work with communities, the launch of initiatives, and the development of partnerships. It reflects the results and experiences that shaped our дальнейший розвиток.
